USA: 3-5 business days
Canada: 5-10 business days

Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering.

International shipping:

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is
different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.
We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

Order never arrived:

If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know!
First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If
the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct
address, it will have to be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at info@lifesentenceindustry.com noting
your order number. We’ll see what can be done.

Returns policy

Damaged items:

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged,
then please get in touch with us within a week’s time!

Wrong size:

If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, first check that the size stated on the garment
matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was
mislabelled. Let us know and we’ll get you sorted out.

Returns

Returned by courier

This is because you were unable to deliver the items to the address you provided. A “wrong address” has probably been written. It also happens if you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier. Pay close attention to apartment numbers and postcodes! Please check each and every piece of shipping information before you complete your order. You can use a simple tool like the USPS ZIP code search to make sure the city of the address matches the postcode. Another reason why items are returned is that they are “not collected”. If the item is not collected at a post office or other collection point, it will be returned. In most cases the shipment will be returned to our facility. If the package is returned due to the customer’s negligence, it can be shipped again after checking that the delivery address is correct, the costs of subsequent shipments will be paid by the customer and not by Life Sentence Industry.

Returned by the customer

If the customer returns the purchased item because he has selected the wrong size, Life Sentence Industry will not pay for the replacement, to help the customer choose the correct size in each item is included in the size guide, so if the size is wrong, the error is attributable to the customer because he has not verified the correct measures before confirming the order. Life Sentence Industry, on the other hand, will pay for the replacement of the item if it is delivered in a different size from the one ordered, LSI will take care of the replacement and will bear all the economic costs.

Damaged Objects

It is possible that you may receive a damaged item. The reasons why this can happen are: original defect of the item, the item was damaged during shipping or maybe it was an error during packaging. Before shipping the item we always check that what was ordered has no defects but we do not exclude that some of these may escape us. We will always take full responsibility for this and all other damages mentioned above.
To obtain a replacement of the damaged item you must write an email to info@lifesentenceindustry.com writing in the subject #YourOrder – Damaged items – Your Name, in the subject describe the type of damage that happened and attach photos of the details for which you require replacement.
Our staff will contact you and solve all your problems.

Lost items during shipment

This is the case when it comes to international shipments that are sent without international tracking, but can also occur with domestic shipments without tracking code. With international orders, because the package has no international traceability, it is not scanned in every warehouse and place where it arrives, which makes it more prone to getting lost during transport. With national orders, it is very likely that the item has been lost somewhere along the way to the next scanning point. If this happens and you do not receive your package more than 10 days after our last delivery forecast date, please contact our team who will help you find the solution.
Life Sentence Industry recommends that you always select a tracking shipment so that our customer is happier and more relaxed.

International Orders

If the shipment has international tracking but seems to be lost, open the tracking link we provided in the shipment confirmation email and copy this number you see here.

Tracking-Example

This is the local tracking number used by a seller for the item once it arrives in the country of the end customer. Your customer can use this number to get in touch with his local mail. Once they refer to the local tracking number, the postal service should be able to determine the current location of the package.
